Client responsibilities
By engaging our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting project inquiries or briefs, supply all required assets, content, and feedback within agreed timelines, use our website and deliverables for lawful purposes only, and notify us promptly of any changes to your contact details or project requirements.
Intellectual property
All work produced during an engagement remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon final payment, ownership of agreed deliverables transfers to the client as outlined in the project agreement. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation terms are outlined in your individual project agreement. As a general policy, cancellations must be communicated in writing before the next project milestone begins. Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds for work not yet commenced may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid for that specific project.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
